The dashboard tour
Reading time: 15 minutes. Hands-on time: N/A — read this with the dashboard open in another tab. What you'll have at the end: A mental map of every dashboard tile, when to use each, and which ones are safe to ignore until later.
The Scarif One dashboard has ~30 tiles. That's overwhelming on day 1 and natural on day 30. This tutorial groups them into "must-know now / use weekly / use monthly / nice to have" so you can stop scrolling.
The five rows of the dashboard
Tiles are loosely organised into five conceptual rows, even though the grid auto-flows:
Row 1 — Make stuff
The creators. These are where you spend time daily.
| Tile | What it does | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| 🎯 Ad Creatives | Generate ad copy + images for any product. The 9 concept types live here. | Daily |
| Draft email campaigns — Pro 2.5 writes subject + preheader + HTML. | 2-3× / week | |
| 🔍 Ad Trends Research | AI scans your niche, reports angles converting right now. | Weekly |
| 📅 Publish queue | Multi-channel publish schedule across Meta, Klaviyo, etc. | Daily once you publish |
Day 1 priority: Ad Creatives for your first generation. The rest unlock as you mature.
Row 2 — Foundation
The brand + integration plumbing.
| Tile | What it does | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| 🎨 Brand Asset Library | Founder photos, landmarks, process shots, UGC. Reference images for every gen. | Set up week 1, then monthly add |
| ⭐ Reviews | Judge.me sync, AI reply drafter, customer-of-the-month picker. | Daily if you do reviews |
| 🔌 Integrations | Connect Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo + 6 more. Every channel you publish to. | Once, then forget |
| ⚙️ Edit profile | Brand voice + visual identity. The master prompt. | Quarterly review |
Day 1 priority: Edit profile to ensure your brand voice doc is sharp (see tutorial 05). Then Integrations.
Row 3 — See what's working
Analytics + memory.
| Tile | What it does | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| 📊 Analytics & ROI | Per-asset performance, revenue attribution. | Weekly |
| 🧭 Strategy | Monday-morning AI memo: what worked last week, what to try next. | Weekly (Monday) |
| 🕵 Competitive | Track competitor stores + their ad library, AI insights. | Monthly |
| 📈 Inventory | Stock-aware push priorities — low-stock items get marketing weight. | Daily if you run out |
Day 1 priority: skip. These activate after you've published 5+ ads and have data to read.
Row 4 — Power tools
Autonomous + AI-augmentation.
| Tile | What it does | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| 🤖 Setup Concierge | 90-second autonomous agent — proposes a week of content. | Once a week |
| 💬 Converse | Just say what you want — natural-language → action. | When you're stuck |
| 👥 Personas | Test ads on synthetic customer profiles before publishing. | Before big campaigns |
| 🎩 Campaigns | Multi-week autonomous agent — runs full campaigns end-to-end. | Big launches |
| 🔬 Diagnose | AI scans your account for issues + auto-fixes. | Monthly health check |
Day 1 priority: try Setup Concierge at least once. It's a 90-second flow that demos most of the system's capabilities (see tutorial 13).
Row 5 — Operations
The grown-up tiles. Don't ignore.
| Tile | What it does | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| ⏸ Approvals | Review every AI gen before tokens spend. | Daily until you tune it |
| 💰 Spend caps | Per-day, per-feature, per-customer £ ceilings. | Set day 1, review monthly |
| ⚡ AI quality | Flash default, Pro per task. Cost vs. output knob. | Set day 1, forget |
| 🐛 Bug reports | AI-triaged issues + Claude-task export. | Daily |
| 📡 System health | Errors, latency, AI cost, request rate. | Weekly check |
| 🔒 Security | 2FA, GDPR exports, audit log. | Quarterly review |
| 📋 Activity log | Every action across the account. | When debugging |
| 👥 Team & roles | Invite team members, set permissions. | When hiring |
Day 1 priority: Spend caps + AI quality + Approvals — the three safety surfaces. Set conservatively, raise later.
What unlocks when
Some tiles are deliberately gated until your account has the data they need. Don't be surprised when these appear:
- Subscriptions / recurring revenue appears once Shopify connects + you have any subscription products
- Cart recovery appears once Shopify connects + you have ≥1 abandoned cart in the last 30 days
- Lifecycle segments appears once Shopify connects + you have ≥10 customers
- Reviews → UGC pipeline appears once Judge.me connects + you have ≥1 photo review
- Competitive intelligence appears once you've added ≥1 competitor in
/competitive - Analytics charts populate after first published ad
- Strategy memo appears Monday morning of week 2
If you don't see a tile mentioned in another tutorial, check whether the prerequisite is met.
Sequencing for a new install
Here's the order most customers reach for tiles in their first month:

By end of week 2: ~20 ads generated, ~3-5 published, first email shipped.
Week 3 — Connect the loop

Month 2+ — Optimisation
- 🔬 Diagnose → monthly health check
- ⚡ AI quality → tune which tasks get Pro vs. Flash
- 🛍 Marketplace → browse template + voice packs from other brands
- 📅 Calendar → plan seasonal content tied to your locale
Tiles you can probably skip
Not every tile is for every business. Honest list:
- 🌍 Wholesale — only matters if you sell B2B. Skip if pure DTC.
- 💳 Subscriptions — only matters if you sell recurring products.
- 📝 SEO blog — useful if you blog regularly. Skip if you don't.
- 🎩 Campaigns — overkill for solo founders. Use for actual launches.
- 🛍 Marketplace — community feature. Optional.
You can always come back to a "skipped" tile when its use case becomes relevant.
Power-user navigation tricks
After a few weeks you'll get tired of scrolling. A few ways to speed up:
Keyboard navigation
cmd+k(Mac) /ctrl+k(Windows) — opens command palette. Type any tile name and hit enter.cmd+/— global help search.gthen a letter — quick-jump (e.g.g afor ad creatives,g efor email). Hitg ?to see the full list.
Bookmarks
The browser bookmarks the routes directly:
dashboard.yourbrand.com/create/ad-creativesdashboard.yourbrand.com/admin/healthdashboard.yourbrand.com/spend-caps
Bookmark your 5 most-used. Massively faster than dashboard scrolling.
Pinned tiles
Right-click any tile → Pin to top. The pinned tiles show in a separate row above the grid. You can pin up to 6.
When in doubt
If you don't know which tile to use:
💬 Converse— natural language. "I want to make an ad for our new espresso blend" works. The system routes you to the right place./help— AI help inbox. Same pattern.- 🐛 in the bottom-right of any page — file a bug report asking "where do I X?" The reply gets you both an answer + improves the docs for future customers.
The dashboard is meant to be navigable by intuition. If you can't find something in 30 seconds, that's a bug we want to know about.
