How does the magic-link client portal work?
From inside any engine output your team clicks “Send for client review”. The client gets a single-use email link, signs in to a per-brand portal, and approves or requests changes with comments. No password to set, lose, or share. Decisions land back in your console with a comment thread; reviews auto-expire after 7 days with a 48-hour reminder nudge.
Does my agency staff get one login or per-brand logins?
One login at app.scarifone.com/console. Click any client to launch their work surface — your agency role bridges through, no per-tenant cookie or password needed. Granular agency roles (owner / admin / strategist / designer / copywriter / media buyer / viewer) plus per-tenant overrides on top.
Can I onboard my existing client list?
Yes — the Add-a-Client wizard takes about 5 minutes per brand: name, slug, public URL, and an AI scan of the site to draft a starter brand-voice doc. Tier limits enforce the brand cap, so you can't accidentally exceed your plan.
What does Scarif One actually do?
Two things, both driven by your brand voice. It generates your marketing — ad creatives, video, email, product photography, a weekly content plan. And it runs your paid ads like a media buyer: Meta + Google desks that watch daily, a launcher that builds a whole campaign from a goal, and a living Blueprint of your ad account. Every automated change previews before, verifies after, undoes in a click, and teaches you the manual way.
Can I use my own AI provider keys?
That's the whole model — Scarif One is BYOK on every plan. You connect your own Gemini / Anthropic / OpenAI key in the setup wizard; every generation runs on your account, billed by the provider at retail. We never mark up an API call, and a live spend tracker inside the studio shows the running total.
What does “self-host” mean?
